Jonathan Eloff was born on the frozen—“but beautiful!”—prairies of Canada. He spent his first 10 years of life in Calgary, Alberta. From there, he moved around the country with his family for many years before finally finding a place to call his home.

Jonathan has been interested in writing since he was 19, but decided to pursue a career in business admini­stration instead. His interest turned serious, however, when a computer-related injury forced him take a break from university.     

Upon being introduced to speech recognition technology as an alternative to hands-on computer use, Jonathan realized that the career he had previously considered had become one of his few remaining options. Yet Jonathan doesn’t regret that choice—
